  1. SALT,

    This is perhaps the leading cause of High Blood Pressure, Not Stress.
    Its very possible stress is used as the cover for not doing more about salted foods.
    Remember to go light on salt, get enough potassium and iodine.

  2. SUGAR,

    This is almost for sure the cause of the epidemic of Diabetes, no?
    Honey is glucose and is a much better bet, and it tastes better, no?
    Remember, all sugars are fattening, even honey and juices etc.

  3. DAIRY,

    No Mammal drinks another Mammal's milk, nor their Mother's Milk after weaning.
    This includes cream, butter, cheese, yogurt etc, with exception of whey which may be ok.
    Remember, even non-fat powdered milk can be difficult or slow to digest.

  4. WHITE FAT,

    Not only bad meat fats and lards, but also bad vegetable oils.
    This may also include margarines, which are quite unnaturally hydrogenated oils.
    Remember, all oils are fattening, even the good ones and essential ones!

  5. WHITE FLOUR,

    Its everywhere, and only whole grain wheat, rice etc. should be used.
    Insidious, and all because of the shelf life of bread, which isn't the staff of life, but
    actually the staff of oppression and ecological destruction over centuries.

  6. WHITE CRYSTAL,

    Primarily Alkaloids: Caffeine, Nicotine, and other Drugs & Meds.
    A very long list indeed, includes many medicinal herbs, tonics, meds and street drugs.
    Vitamins, Hormones and other Metabolites are often crystaline but are not Alkaloids.
    Cullinary Herbs, Spices and Cannabis contain aromatic oils, not alkaloids.
