The Fundamentals of Land Ownership and Wealth

This page is a simple outline of the land situation seen all over the world,
from India to China, from Africa to Europe, from Argentina to Canada.
Even communistic patterns were still basically along the same lines,
only the names were changed, from czar to commiczar. Still the same old landlords.
The patterns of land ownership profoundly affect both production and distribution of food.
They also affect the quality of food, the fertility of the soil and ag sustainability.
The concentration of ownership in so few hands is the basis of ruling class's wealth.
Centuries of accumulating wealth, so great it's beyond comprehension.
Their unlimited greed/corruption has led to poverty also beyond comprehension.
So any change to this situation must take this info into consideration.
Changes must reorganize this mess into a more fair distribution and relationship.

Based on people's relationship to the land and each other, they fall into five major classes:
  1. LANDLORDS. They do not work the land themselves, but sometimes supervise the work. Instead they hire labor or let the land to sharecroppers.
  2. RICH PEASANTS. They work in the fields but have more land than they can cultivate alone. They gain most of their income from land they cultivate with hired labor or sharecroppers.
  3. MIDDLE PEASANTS. The classic self-sufficient small farmer. They earn their livings mainly by working their own land, though at times they may work for others or hire others to work forthem.
  4. POOR PEASANTS. They own a little land, but not enough to support themselves. They earn their livings mainly by working as sharecroppers or wage earners.
  5. LANDLESS LABORERS. They do not own any land except sometimes their house site. Lacking tools, equiptment or livestock, they seldom can work as sharecroppers and must depend upon wages for their livelihoods.
In what class do you stand?
Even if you own a house, you still may not be above Poor Peasant level. A backyard is not enough productive land, so you must still work for others to pay the mortgage.
Even owning some land doesn't make you a prosperous landlord. The land must be put into good shape and worked hard to achieve true Landlord status and profits.
So, we all have to work together somehow to achieve a higher standard of living.
A system where people can work, earn a fair share of the land and its bounty, while making life better for all in the community, is a real challenge.

The system that can provide for this is available now. Its called a Limited Liability Company, or LLC. Don't let this funny name confuse you. It would actually be more appropriately called a Unlimited Land Company. I recommend that you take the time to read this material and decide for yourself whether it is a step in the right direction. I think you will see many new advantages over these older systems. A new relationship between landlords and peasants is possible. Landlords benefit by increased productivity and sustainability, peasants by increased profits and security. Real Democratic Management and Stable Membership is also a key to success. Its a win-win situation for all and also the environment!

I believe that LLC's are now available in USA and about 60 countries. Thousands of new projects will come about. As each one achieves success this Revolution will spread worldwide. Its possible to not only overcome this Landlord Peasant problem, but also to incorporate the best triths from the many groups now at odds.

The problem has been that the Ruling Class has kept everyone down,
ripped everyone off for Centuries, and used these groups to divide and conquer.
And the environment has taken it on the chin real bad as well.

So, now is the time to unite under a new system, start working together to save each other and the environment. As we become stronger, the old ways will fade into history. We will wonder why this didn't happen before. Let's get past any blame and hatred. Lets get going on the new plans because time is running out for a good solution to the disasters we all are facing.
